Dr. Kimberly Pitts

Dentist & Practice Owner

As a native of Murfreesboro, Dr. Kimberly Pitts is delighted to provide dental care to other natives and newcomers alike. She grew up with the greatest dentist in the city, her father, Dr. Robert L. Dryden, and her loving mother, Linda Dryden.

Dr. Kimberly Pitts is an alumnus of Dawson Academy and a member of the Spear Faculty Club. She attended Middle Tennessee State University, graduating with a B.S. before enrolling in The University of Tennessee, College of Dentistry. In 1997, she received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree and began her private practice with her father. That same year, she married Joseph Kennon Pitts, the Business Administrator in the office. In 2002, Dr. Kimberly Pitts purchased the practice and continued to work with her father for a combined 17 years until his retirement in 2014. Her father placed close attention to having the latest technology to provide the best level of care to patients. Our practice continues to follow his lead. She has received her Masters in the Academy of General Dentistry, which less than 2% of dentists receive! Dr. Pitts is the only dentist in the state of Tennesse who has trained at the OBI Foundation for Bioesthetic Dentistry.

Her church family is very important to her, and without the constant intercession of her Lord Jesus Christ, she could not accomplish anything. She and Joe are members of Believer’s Chapel Church, which she has attended since 1978. She and Joe also participate in outdoor activities like golf, water skiing, boating, fishing, snow skiing, and more. No children but the sweetest dog (Shih Tzu) in the world. She loves to learn all she can about being a better dentist. Her practice has been recognized in Nashville’s top 10 dentist list!

Jessie

Registered Dental Hygienist

Jessie graduated from dental hygiene school in Nashville in 2013. She continuously goes above and beyond her requirements of learning to provide optimal care for her patients. Linking systemic body health to dental health is a passion of hers. She loves seeing her patients incorporate what she has taught them because she knows how these things can make a huge impact on their health.

Jessie also loves doing embroidery and anything crafty. She is married and has two children she is excited to hug and play with at the end of every day!

Joseph

Business Administrator

Joseph Kennon Pitts oversees the flow of the office. He also takes photographs for documentation of our cosmetic and rehabilitation cases, performs computer maintenance, handles accounting, and ensures our HIPAA compliance. His biggest contribution to our patients is helping those in need of budgeting their dental care.

Joe is married to Dr. Kimberly Pitts. He enjoys golf, water skiing, wakeboarding, all types of hunting, saltwater and freshwater fly fishing, and more. He is passionate about personal and spiritual growth, especially when he can share those experiences with others.

Daria

Daria is a native of Middle Tennessee and joined our office in October of 2018. Daria has a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a background in customer service and retail management. Daria loves working with patients as a treatment and financial coordinator and enjoys making our patients feel comfortable and happy.

When not at work, Daria spends her time traveling, hiking with her Australian Shepherd named Luca, and spending time with her family and friends.

Sam

Registered Dental Hygienist

Sam graduated from dental hygiene school in 2022 and immediately joined our team. She strives to make her patients comfortable in the dental office and provide them with the knowledge they need to be healthy and successful in their dental care. She encourages all of her patients to ask questions. No question is a silly question!

When not at work, Sam has a dog, Penny, and 3 cats, Irene, Hank, and Elliot, that she enjoys hanging out with. Sam also married her long-time partner, Wheaton, in September 2022. Aside from being silly with her little family, she enjoys frequent Netflix and takeout nights!

Sophie

Registered Dental Assistant

Sophie moved to Murfreesboro in the spring of 2022 after her husband got out of the Marine Corps. She attended Tennessee Professional Training Institute to become a registered dental assistant and graduated in October of 2022.

Sophie is a mom of 2 kids and her doggy Londyn. She loves to travel and go on adventures with her family. Originally from Michigan, Sophie has lived in 7 different states while she and her husband were in the Marine Corps.

Sophie is also a social media influencer, giving makeup, mom, and lifestyle advice. She was previously a professional makeup artist but decided to enter the dental field to make more time for her family.

Michelina

Registered Dental Assistant

Lina was born in Connecticut and moved to TN at a young age. She has lived in the Middle Tennessee area since. She served in the TN Army National Guard for 6 years. She graduated from Remington College in Nashville in 2020 with her dental assisting license. She is continuing her education and is in Dental Hygiene school at South College currently. Lina has a passion for patient care! Lina is newly engaged to her fiancé, Ryan. Lina is also a big fan of the Nashville Predators. In her spare time, she loves spending time with her puppy, Branson, and planning her future wedding.

Terry

Administrative Team Member

Terry is a native of Murfreesboro and joined our administrative team in September 2020. He retired from the Army National Guard in 2020 where he specialized in aviation and Human Resources.

Terry enjoys spending time with his family. He and his wife Beverly have three daughters, Amber, Jessica, and Kaylie, one daughter-in-law Kerrie, and two grandchildren Ethan and Harley.
