Dr. Kimberly Pitts

Dentist & Practice Owner

As a native of Murfreesboro, Dr. Kimberly Pitts is delighted to provide dental care to other natives and newcomers alike. She grew up with the greatest dentist in the city, her father, Dr. Robert L. Dryden, and her loving mother, Linda Dryden.

Dr. Kimberly Pitts is an alumnus of Dawson Academy and a member of the Spear Faculty Club. She attended Middle Tennessee State University, graduating with a B.S. before enrolling in The University of Tennessee, College of Dentistry. In 1997, she received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree and began her private practice with her father. That same year, she married Joseph Kennon Pitts, the Business Administrator in the office. In 2002, Dr. Kimberly Pitts purchased the practice and continued to work with her father for a combined 17 years until his retirement in 2014. Her father placed close attention to having the latest technology to provide the best level of care to patients. Our practice continues to follow his lead. She has received her Masters in the Academy of General Dentistry, which less than 2% of dentists receive! Dr. Pitts is the only dentist in the state of Tennesse who has trained at the OBI Foundation for Bioesthetic Dentistry.

Her church family is very important to her, and without the constant intercession of her Lord Jesus Christ, she could not accomplish anything. She and Joe are members of Believer’s Chapel Church, which she has attended since 1978. She and Joe also participate in outdoor activities like golf, water skiing, boating, fishing, snow skiing, and more. No children but the sweetest dog (Shih Tzu) in the world. She loves to learn all she can about being a better dentist. Her practice has been recognized in Nashville’s top 10 dentist list!

Dr. Luke Philipose

General Dentist

Born and raised in Murfreesboro, Dr. Luke Philipose is proud to serve the community that helped shape his passion for dentistry. He is the son of local orthodontist Dr. John Philipose, and from a young age, he was inspired by the impact his father made on patients’ lives.

Dr. Philipose graduated from Middle Tennessee Christian School before earning his undergraduate degree from Middle Tennessee State University. He went on to receive his Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from the University of Louisville School of Dentistry.

With a strong heart for service, Dr. Philipose is actively involved in Remote Area Medical clinics and mission trips, providing care to underserved communities both locally and abroad. Outside the office, he enjoys working on cars and motorcycles, playing bass guitar, and spending quality time with his wife, Kelsey, and their two beloved dogs.

Dr. Philipose is committed to delivering compassionate, high-quality care while building lasting relationships with his patients.

Jessie

Registered Dental Hygienist

I graduated from Remington College School of Dental Hygiene in 2013 with an Associate Degree in Dental Hygiene. Since graduation, I have been proud to serve patients alongside Dr. Pitts, building lasting relationships and helping individuals achieve healthier smiles.

One of my greatest passions is continuing education. I enjoy learning about the latest advancements in dentistry and applying that knowledge to provide the best possible care for my patients. I find it especially rewarding to help patients improve their oral health over time and to educate them on the important connection between oral health and overall systemic health.

Outside of the office, I am a wife and mother of two wonderful children. My faith in Jesus is at the center of my life, and I love spending time outdoors with my family whenever possible. I feel blessed to combine my passion for helping others with a career that allows me to make a positive difference in people’s lives every day.

Zoë

Registered Dental Assistant

Zoë Clever, a native of Albuquerque, NM, joined Dr. Pitts’ team in August 2024 and is based in McMinnville, TN. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from Chattanooga State Community College with an Associate’s Degree in Dental Assisting and holds a National Certification as a Dental Assistant (CDA). Zoë is a passionate animal lover, sharing her home with two cats, Rocky and Cash, and two dogs, Waffles and Willie. She is happily engaged to Jon, and they are currently working on buying their first home. In her free time, Zoë enjoys relaxing outdoors with her pets, making music and art and is dedicated to patient education.

Sam

Registered Dental Hygienist

Sam is a local to the middle TN area and joined our team in 2022. She has been committed to her patients since day one! She strives to make her patients comfortable in the dental office and provide them with the knowledge they need to be confident and successful with their dental health. She encourages all of her patients to ask anything that is on their mind. No question is a silly question!

When not at work, Sam enjoys quality time with family and her sweet dog, Penny. Her future goals include traveling abroad, making new friends, and learning to roller skate!

Office Manager

Brings more than 20 years of experience in the dental field, with a background in both clinical assisting and practice management. As our Office Manager, she is dedicated to creating a welcoming, organized, and compassionate environment where every patient feels valued from the moment they walk through our doors.

Having worked chairside as a Registered Dental Assistant and Expanded Functions Dental Assistant, Elissa understands every aspect of the patient experience. Her passion for dentistry comes from seeing firsthand how healthy, confident smiles can improve not only oral health but also a person’s confidence, comfort, and overall quality of life.

Elissa is committed to supporting both patients and the dental team by ensuring each visit is smooth, personalized, and focused on exceptional care. She believes that building lasting relationships through kindness, trust, and communication is just as important as providing outstanding dentistry.

Outside of the office, Elissa enjoys continuing her education, spending time with her German Shepherd, Karma, and helping others through her work as a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist.

Alicia

Dental Office Insurance Coordinator

As the Dental Office Insurance Coordinator, I am committed to creating a welcoming, organized, and positive experience for every patient. I oversee the day-to-day operations of the practice, including scheduling, insurance coordination, patient communication, and administrative support, to help ensure each visit runs smoothly.

I take pride in providing friendly, compassionate service and assisting patients with any questions they may have about their appointments, treatment plans, or insurance benefits. My goal is to make every interaction as seamless and stress-free as possible while supporting our dental team in delivering exceptional patient care.

Outside of the office, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, exploring new places, and staying involved in my community.
