Insurance

For patients with dental insurance, our office will accept and file most any insurance benefits.  However, we are only in network providers for Delta and Cigna PPO plans.  Our out of network insurance patients feel the extra attention to detail and service provided by Dr. Pitts and her staff are well worth the additional out of pocket expense they may incur.

We will collect your estimated patient portion the day of service.  Our goal is to help you as the insured be involved and understand your dental benefits in order to get the most from your plan.

Our office policy is to allow a maximum grace period of 60 days for remittance by your insurance company.  We do not file secondary insurance, but will assit you with the paperwork to file on your own.
