10 Ways to Improve Your Dental Hygiene

Caring for your teeth can be difficult! Here are a few tips from our knowledgeable hygienists on how to keep your dental fitness excellent!

Follow these easy tips to better dental hygiene

  1. Schedule regular appointments
  2. Use xylitol products and limit sodas and energy drinks
  3. Use floss at home
  4. Brush more than once daily
  5. Use a Rotadent electric toothbrush
  6. Practice...the more you repeat your flossing and brushing techniques, the sooner they will become a habit!
  7. Replace your toothbrush every three months
  8. Brush your tongue
  9. Educate yourself!  Ask us questions, or do research using professional websites, articles, etc.
  10. Take care of your entire body
