Training & Expertise
The three main areas Dr. Pitts' training is focused on are proper bite function, esthetics of the teeth and smile, and management of advanced oral health conditions. After more than 500 hours of advanced post graduate training and over 14 years of experience, she is able to create spectacular smiles that feel great and last a lifetime. Many patients that have suffered from worn teeth, unsatisfactory smiles, clenching or grinding, difficulty chewing, and soreness in the jaw joints or muscles have experienced complete relief from this approach to dentistry.

Achieving Fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry is one of the few added distinctions a general dentist can achieve. To earn Fellowship in the AGD, dentists must take more than 500 hours of educational courses in various disciplines. Candidates must also pass a rigorous exam. Only 7 percent of general dentists have achieved this honor and Dr. Pitts is one of them.
